Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the DentNode platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) between you (“Customer”) and DentNode Technologies Private Limited, registered at D-10, Ram Nagar, Jaipur 302016, India (“DentNode”). These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

2. Service description

DentNode provides dental lab management software including case tracking, GST-compliant invoicing, WhatsApp Business API integration, scanner integrations, AI-powered scan review (LabyAI), and related features available at app.dentnode.com.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans: Free (50 cases/month), Billing (₹999/month), Digital (₹1,599/month), Automation (₹3,499/month). Prices are exclusive of GST (18%).

Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Annual billing saves approximately 8%.

Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued on cancellation, except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use DentNode only for lawful purposes related to dental lab operations. You must not:

• Share login credentials between multiple labs without an appropriate multi-branch plan
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the platform via automated means
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent case or invoice data
• Use the platform to process or store patient data without appropriate consent

5. Data ownership

You own all data you submit to DentNode — case records, invoices, client lists, and patient information. DentNode holds this data on your behalf. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

You may export all your data in CSV + PDF format at any time, free of charge, via the Settings → Data Export section of the platform.

6. LabyAI and AI features

LabyAI scan reviews are provided as decision-support tools, not as clinical diagnoses. Results should be reviewed by a qualified dental technician. DentNode is not liable for clinical outcomes based solely on LabyAI output.

By using LabyAI, you grant DentNode a licence to use anonymised scan quality patterns (not patient-identifiable data) to improve the AI model.

7. Uptime and service availability

DentNode targets 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Status is available at status.dentnode.com. Enterprise plans include an SLA with financial remedies for downtime below threshold.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentNode's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. DentNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. DentNode may terminate immediately for material breach (including non-payment after 14-day grace period, or violation of acceptable use terms).

On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
