Digital product — no physical shipping
DentNode is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not ship any physical goods. All features, updates, and subscription benefits are delivered digitally via the DentNode web platform (app.dentnode.com) and mobile apps.
Access to your subscription plan is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. No delivery lead time applies.
Case delivery tracking (Automation plan)
DentNode's Automation plan includes a physical case delivery tracking feature for dental labs. This feature coordinates the pickup and delivery of physical dental prosthetics between labs and clinics by the lab's own field staff (“fielders”).
DentNode provides the software for route planning, live tracking, and delivery confirmation. The physical transportation of dental prosthetics is performed by the lab's own staff or third-party courier services contracted by the lab. DentNode is not a logistics provider and is not responsible for the condition or timeliness of physical dental case deliveries.
Software updates and new features
Product updates are delivered automatically to all subscribers at no additional cost. Major new features are announced in the DentNode Changelog at dentnode.com/changelog. Subscribers on the Automation plan receive advance notice of major changes via email.
